For years, Federal Eastern International has put the right protective gear in the right hands. The premier products are not what we're proudest of. We treat every protector we serve like family, because for many of us, they are.

Federal Eastern International was founded in 2010 on a simple premise: the people responsible for public safety should not be the ones chasing down their own equipment. The work itself is hard enough. Procurement should be the easy part.

Our team has been active in the industry since 1994, and more than 75% of us came from military or law enforcement. We have stood where our customers stand. What began as a focused effort to put the right body armor in the right hands has grown into a full-spectrum distribution business serving law enforcement, corrections, federal agencies, and special response teams in all fifty states.

Today FEI supports more than 1,000 agencies and is a recognised name on the cooperative purchasing vehicles agencies commonly use: BuyBoard, TIPS, NASPO, and NYS HIRE. The catalogue has widened over the years, but the working principle never changed. Every manufacturer we list has earned its place, and every order we ship is one a customer can stake their reputation on.

Glen McClary

Chief Executive Officer

Glen McClary serves as Chief Executive Officer of Federal Eastern International (FEI), providing strategic and organizational leadership focused on delivering innovative, mission-driven solutions. Since assuming the CEO role in 2020, Glen has guided the company's growth with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, disciplined governance, and long-term value creation in support of public safety, law enforcement, and government customers. Prior to joining FEI, he spent nearly three decades as an attorney and private equity investor; as Managing Shareholder of Boyd & Jenerette, P.A., he led the firm through a period of ten-fold growth. Glen earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of North Florida.

Christopher Brown

Chief Financial Officer

Christopher Brown serves as Chief Financial Officer of Federal Eastern International (FEI), where he is responsible for driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and long-term growth initiatives. Since joining FEI in 2020, Christopher has focused on strengthening financial performance, improving operational discipline, and supporting scalable growth. He brings extensive global leadership experience across automotive, distribution, and consumer-facing industries, with executive roles at Nissan, Jaguar Land Rover, Abdul Latif Jameel, and Rivian. Christopher holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida, a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Sally Hayes

Co-Founder · Chief Sales and Customer Service Officer

Sally Hayes is a co-founder of Federal Eastern International (FEI) and serves as Chief Sales and Customer Service Officer. Since founding the company in 2010, she has played a key role in the company's growth into a trusted national provider supporting over 1,000 law enforcement agencies in more than 22 states. She leads FEI's customer-focused service model and specializes in delivering customized ballistic protection and technology solutions to FEI's wide range of public safety agencies. Sally holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eckerd College and a Master of Education from the University of South Florida.

Dan Hayes

Co-Founder · Chief Sales and Product Officer

Dan Hayes is a co-founder of Federal Eastern International (FEI) and serves as Chief Sales and Product Officer. Since co-founding FEI in 2010, he has been instrumental in expanding the company to support more than 1,000 law enforcement agencies across over 22 U.S. states. Dan brings expert-level knowledge of ballistic protection and mission-critical equipment, with a focus on officer safety, survivability, and real-world performance. He attended Marion Military Institute and has completed numerous advanced tactical training programs.
