The Responder Hi-Vis Parka™ 2.0 puts roadside visibility and full weather protection in one duty garment: a fully seam-sealed 10K/10K 2L hardshell with Tac Dry® waterproof-breathable and blood-borne pathogen performance, certified to ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 Type R&P Class 2 with 3M® Scotchlite® reflective tape. Duty details are built in throughout — mic and camera loops, anti-slip fabric at the shoulders to hold a vest or sling in place, and a Quixip® system at the side seams for ventilation or immediate firearm access. It zips in with the 5.11® Tactical Fleece Jacket 2.0 when the temperature drops.
