UCR Backpack

The UCR Backpack anchors 5.11's Urban Casualty Response line, giving first responders a single pack organized around active shooter and mass casualty incidents. A quick-grab pull-down panel on the front puts tourniquets and hemorrhage-control supplies in the hand without opening the pack, while T-zip pullers open the main compartment into a full clamshell for working a patient from a laid-flat bag. Laser-cut MOLLE and loop panels on the exterior take additional pouches and unit identification, and padded shoulder straps carry the weight of a fully loaded aid kit.
