The Men's Tactix 3-In-1 System Parka pairs a waterproof, breathable, fully seam-sealed outer shell with a zip-in Tactix SoftShell Parka liner, so one garment covers everything from a cold dry night to sustained rain. The shell is bloodborne-pathogen-resistant 100% nylon; the liner is a fleece-lined four-way stretch softshell that wears on its own. Multiple zip pockets organize tactical gear while the cut keeps an officer free to move.
