The outer shell meets the ANSI/ISEA 107-2010 standard and carries 3M® Scotchlite® reflective trims, while the seam-sealed waterproof/breathable construction keeps the weather out and resists bloodborne pathogens. A zip-out SoftShell Long Jacket liner insulates, so the same parka covers a wet autumn shift and a cold winter one.
