Water and wind resistance, a soft brushed fleece lining and zip-secure storage pockets make it a dependable standalone shoulder-season jacket, while the specialized women's cut keeps the line professional. It also serves as the zip-in liner for the Women's Tactix System Parka and Hi-Vis System Parka.
