The XM574 keeps a tourniquet staged where it can be reached under stress, in a hard-shell, multi-layered pouch built from durable 500-600D nylon. The rigid shell protects the tourniquet from crushing and abrasion on the carrier, and the pouch is available with a standard black snap or a hidden snap. Nine colorways are matched to Point Blank outer carriers so medical gear integrates with the rest of the vest.
