The Sidewinder Compact® III is an ultra-compact multi-fuel light built for hands-free task illumination, with a 185° tilting head and a belt/gear clip that let an operator place the beam without holding it. It is offered with white, IR (940nm), red, green, and blue LEDs at four output levels plus strobe, selected through a pull-to-turn locking rotary knob that will not change modes by accident. One AA alkaline, AA lithium, or CR123A cell powers it, and it fits existing Sidewinder® helmet mounts.
